At the same time, we integrate compliance review and manufacturability assessment into the design process, ensuring that the final proposal not only appeals to the market aesthetically but also translates smoothly into production.

Prototyping serves as the critical bridge between design and full‑scale manufacturing. Based on the approved drawings and solutions, we produce samples—either finished samples (using the same processes and materials as production), blank samples, or structural prototypes—that faithfully replicate the intended end product. Upon receipt, clients are invited to conduct rigorous multi‑dimensional testing, covering appearance and texture verification, functional checks, and dimensional accuracy. Should any colour deviation or structural issue arise, we engage in iterative communication and revision until the sample fully meets specifications, after which it is sealed and archived as the master reference. Once the sample is approved and the contract signed, we move into full‑scale production. Our procurement team sources raw materials and conducts 100% incoming inspection before they enter the warehouse. Production then proceeds through automated lines or standardised assembly workflows for efficient manufacturing and assembly. Throughout mass production, strict quality control (QC) is maintained at every step—employing AI‑powered visual inspection, real‑time in‑line parameter monitoring, and/or meticulous manual final checks—to guarantee that every unit leaving the factory meets the established standards, ensuring consistent, on‑time delivery.

After production and a comprehensive final quality inspection, the finished products are professionally packed and managed in our warehousing system. We then partner with our own logistics team or premium third‑party carriers (such as SF Express) to transport goods safely and quickly to the client’s designated warehouse or directly to end‑consumers.
